1. Refunds

We aim to provide clear guidelines for refunds, exchanges, and cancellations to ensure your peace of mind throughout your visit.

i. All requests for refunds must be made before 1 day of the check-in date.
ii. Refunds are subject to approval by hotel management.
iii. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
iv. Refunds will be issued within 7 working days.

2. Cancellation

Refunds will be provided in accordance with the following conditions :-

i. Cancellation 1 day or more before the check-in date: 100% refund.
ii. No-shows: No refund.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are not applicable to hotel reservations.
